Feeling that Spring is not just a figment of one's imagination is really dependent on birds showing up, isn't it. I expect a lot of what we have down here will soon be heading North. Nothing dilly-dallies around here long in the Spring migration. The RT Hawks that are staying have paired up and are hanging around their selected nest locations.
Lucky you! I envy all the migration action happening down your way! Tell those birds to hurry north. We're ready!
