A Couple of Mulies

We've had a mild Winter.  There's very little snow.  I see few deer during my drives around the country.  They haven't needed to band together in herds; they have ample grazing.  These two Mule Deer look healthy, as did the rest of this small herd near Rafferty Dam.

  1. It's been a strange winter for sure. The wildlife are doing quite well here as well. Strange though that the Canadian artic raptors are showing up in large numbers. :)

    1. Like most of us Canucks, the arcic birds are getting a taste of the balmy south and liking it! Have you found a snowy owl yet?
